Custom Steel Fabrication

PROJECT BRIEF

APC received a request to design, engineer, fabricate, and install an outdoor steel platform structure with a gantry portal frame. The final design would allow the client to move and lower a testing probe into a 3.5m diameter x 3.18m high test tank. This would allow the client to lift a sensor via a hoist and lower it into the tank and conduct assay testing under water.

Coolpak required a Satellite Racking solution for a total of 11 freezer and chiller rooms in its new facility to accommodate more than 30,000 pallets. The racking had to be engineered to the stringent seismic conditions of the Christchurch area.

CSBP Wesfarmers New Automated Warehouse in Kwinana

CSBP, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures form the Chemicals and Fertilisers business units of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers, part of Wesfarmers Limited's Industrials division.

CSBP required a storage solution to store a variety of items in a new automated warehouse in Kwinana. Strict project deliverables included MDR’s, ITP’s, QA/QC Data, Detailed design and structural engineering certification.

ATCO Gas Project

In Western Australia, ATCO owns and maintains the major natural gas distribution network. Along with an ongoing focus on ensuring the safety, security and affordability of natural gas, ATCO continues to innovate and investigate the additional value it can provide to Australia into the future. ATCO required a storage solution to store a variety of items - ranging from large generators to brass fittings - following redevelopment of ATCO’s facilities. APC was awarded a tender for the project for presenting an original design suited to ATCO’s storage requirements.

Aussie Natural Spring Water

Aussie Natural Spring Water is an Australian owned and operated company based in Perth. The business required a high-density storage solution to replace its existing Selective Racking to store an additional 1500 pallets of bottled water. APC’s solution involved the manufacture and installation of a Drive-In Racking system capable of storing more than 2000 pallets.

HelloFresh Distribution Centre

HelloFresh is a global leader of meal-kits, delivering fresh ingredients with easy to follow recipes to its customers’ door. HelloFresh’s distribution centre in Sydney required a production line to assemble and dispatch orders as well as a storage solution for its produce and other ingredients. APC’s solution was a custom-made Carton Live Storage module which provides First In, First Out (FIFO) stock rotation combined with a conveyor to further speed up picking and packing operations.
