APC Group - Your Ideal Partner for Warehouse Storage Projects

​​APC designed, manufactured and installed a simple, yet effective, storage solution for a company in Perth WA.

Our solution included Selective Pallet Racking with more than 290 pallet locations and two mobile workbenches with steel worktops.

APC’s BodyGuard Post Protectors were fitted to front posts to protect the racking against forklift damage. Unlike metal guards that connect to the upright and are designed to deflect impact loads, the APC BodyGuard absorbs the impact force and diffuses it through the guard rather than the impact being transferred into the upright post.

As part of the project, APC also provided a racking engineering design consultancy including rack structure modelling, resulting calculation analysis as well as liaising with the developer to ensure compatibility between the rack load case and the concrete floor slab load capability. While only a small project, the customer recognised its responsibility to ensure that all relevant standards were met and APC was selected as the ideal supporting partner.
