Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking

Effective racking system for increasing storage by reducing aisle widths, optimising floor space and still providing direct access to every pallet.

With the same properties as Selective Pallet Racking, the Narrow Aisle Racking system has been developed with reduced aisle widths to offer higher density storage without compromising accessibility. By having narrower aisles, stock is consolidated, resulting in increased storage efficiency. APC has designed the system with a 8-10mm forged steel guide rail allowing turret trucks and stock pickers to operate safely within the smaller aisles.

Beam

Standard Beam

APC manufacture pallet racking beams in Perth, Western Australia. 

Our standard beam is double interlocking, crimped beam with a 1.5mm wall thickness. Pallet racking beam sizes range from 80mm in height through to 160mm in height, they are tailored for each project to suit the load requirement. 

The beam is adjustable in 75mm increments, that can have 3 or 4 connectors to the upright (depending on the load applied). Standard finish is Blue, however other colours can be provided if the order volume is sufficient.

  • Storing a large range of different stock (high amount of SKU's)
  • Low volumes of each stock unit
  • Warehouses that use a turret truck
